Impact of the Trivedi Effect®-Energy of Consciousness Healing on the Proliferation of Plant, Mouse and Human Stem Cells

Abstract

The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of Biofield Energy Healing on the plant callus, mouse and human derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) for their cell count and cellular proliferation. All the three type stem cells and DMEM media for the stem cell culture were divided into two parts, one received Biofield Energy Treatment (known as The Trivedi Effect®-Energy of Consciousness Healing Treatment) by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi through the Healer’s unique Energy Transmission process remotely and defined as Biofield Energy Treated (BT) group. On day 9 after treatment, the plant callus flasks of mandukparni, amla, and Centella were observed and visualized which showed an increased percentage in weight of the callus by 11.4%, 24.9%, and 51.7%, respectively as compared with the untreated groups. In addition, stem cell assay in murine bone marrow derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) showed an increased cellular proliferation by 115.2%, 127.6%, 161.9%, and 123.6%, in Biofield Energy Treated DMEM in the passage 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively. Similarly, human derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells, AdiposeDerived (AD-MSC) cells showed a significant increased cell count by 139%, 119%, and 182% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group with the passage 1, 2, and 3, respectively. Similarly, bone marrow (BM-MSC) cells showed a significant increased cell count by 102%, 170%, and 141% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group with the passage 1, 2, and 3, respectively. However, BrdU assay for % cellular proliferation in the AD-MSC cells showed a significant increased cellular proliferation by 122%, 120%, and 184% in the passage 1, 2, and 3, respectively. On the other hand, BMMSC cells showed a significant increased cellular proliferation by 125%, 146%, and 157% in the passage 1, 2, and 3, respectively. Hence, the results suggest that there was a significant growth in plant callus weight, mouse and human stem cell growth and proliferation after The Trivedi Effect®-Energy of Consciousness Treatment. It can be concluded that The Trivedi Effect® can be used as a complementary and alternate therapy for the stem cells regeneration, improvement of tissue injury that might be every effective against various autoimmune human diseases such as arthritis, osteoarthritis, and different neurodegenerative disorders.

Role of Vitamin D3 on Bone Health in Human Bone Osteosarcoma Cells (MG-63): Influence of Biofield Energy Healing Treatment

Abstract

The aim was to evaluate the impact of Biofield Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM on bone health. The test items (TI), were divided into two parts. One part of each sample received Consciousness Energy Treatment by Gopal Nayak and those samples were labeled as Biofield Treated (BT), while other parts of each sample were denoted as untreated test items (UT). MTT data showed test samples were found safe and nontoxic in tested concentrations. ALP was significantly increased by 213.46% and 218.66% in BT-DMEM + UT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI, respectively at 1 µg/mL compared to UT-DMEM + UT-TI. Moreover, ALP was significantly increased by 200.79% and 187.09% in BT-DMEM + UT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI, respectively at 10 µg/mL than untreated. Collagen synthesis was significantly increased by 551.25% and 130.31% in BT-DMEM + UT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI, respectively at 1 µg/mL than untreated. Collagen was significantly increased by 401.97% in BT-DMEM + UT-TI at 10 µg/ mL, while increased by 197.57% and 276.82% in UT-DMEM + BT-TI and BT-DMEM + UT-TI, respectively at 50 µg/mL than untreated. Percent bone mineralization was significantly increased by 186.86% and 188.23% in BT-DMEM + UT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI, respectively at 10 µg/mL than untreated. It was further increased significantly by 224.04% and 156.72% in BT-DMEM + UT-TI and BT-DMEM + BT-TI, respectively at 50 µg/ mL than untreated. Overall, data suggests that Biofield Treated vitamin D3 could be a potential alternative nutraceutical supplement to combat vitamin D3 deficiency and fight against various bone disorders.

Assessment of Hair Growth Treatment with the Consciousness Energy Healing Treated Williams Medium E Using Mouse Vibrissae Hair Follicle Organ Culture

Abstract

Hair is playing an interesting part in human for social and sexual communication. Loss of hair follicle leads to various skin disorders. For this consequence, the present study has investigated the potential of the Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treated test item (William’s Medium E) on the vibrissae hair follicle organ culture cells for the assessment of hair cell growth and development in vitro. The test item was divided into two parts. One part was defined as the untreated test item, where no Biofield Energy Treatment provided, while the other part was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated test item, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. The study parameters like bulb thickness and formation of telogen were assessed using cell-based assay with the help of UTHSCSA Image tool version 3. The experimental results showed that the untreated test item group showed 20.9% and 28.2% increased bulb thickness on day 5 and 7, respectively compared to the day 1, while did not produce telogen follicles upto day 7. Besides, the percentage of telogen follicle was found as 43%, 57%, and 71% on day 3, 5, and 7, respectively of the Biofield Energy Treated test item group compared to the day 1. The overall results demonstrated that the Biofield Energy Treatment has the potential for hair growth promotion as evident via increased the formation of telogen. Therefore, the Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treatment might be useful as a hair growth promoter for various treatment of skin injuries and skin-related disorders like necrotizing fasciitis, actinic keratosis, sebaceous cysts, diaper rash, decubitus ulcer etc.

In Vitro Effects of Biofield Energy Treated Vitamin D3 Supplemen-tation on Bone Formation by Osteoblast Cell Line (MG-63)

Abstract

Inadequate intake of vitamin D leads to hormonal imbalance, aging, decreased calcium absorption, and bone loss. Present study aimed to evaluate potential of The Trivedi Effect®- Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on vitamin D3 as Test Item (TI) and DMEM to improve bone health in MG-63 cells. One part of each samples was received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Dahryn Trivedi and those samples were labeled as Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while other parts of each sample were denoted as untreated TI (UT-TI). Cell viability assay (MTT) found test items were safe and nontoxic in the tested concentrations. ALP was considerably improved by 753.3%, 1173.3%, and 424.4% in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI, respectively at 0.1 µg/mL compared to untreated. Collagen was significantly increased by 454.7% and 96.2% in BT-DMEM+UT-TI and BT-DMEM+BT-TI, respectively at 1 µg/mL, while 202.4% (at 50 µg/mL) increased collagen in UT-DMEM+BT-TI compared to untreated. Moreover, percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI by 301.4% (at 50 µg/mL), 143.3% (at 50 µg/mL), and 178.0% (at 100 µg/mL) respectively, compared to untreated. Thus, Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 and Biofield Energy Treated DMEM were found safe and to have remarkably improved the bone health parameters, which could be a powerful alternative nutraceutical supplement to combat against various bone-related diseases including low bone density and osteoporosis, osteogenesis imperfecta, Paget’s disease of bone, rickets, osteomalacia, bone and/or joint pain, increased frequency of fractures, deformed bones, osteoma, chondrodystrophia fetalis, hormonal imbalance, stress, aging, bone loss and fractures.

Hepatoprotective Effect of Biofield Energy Treatment On Tert-Butyl Hydro Peroxide Induced Liver Injury in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cell Line (HepG2)

Abstract

The present study was performed to investigate the Hepatoprotective potential of the Biofield Energy (The Trivedi Effect®) Treated test item, Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) in HepG2 cells. The test item was distributed into two parts. One part received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and was labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group and the other part referred as the untreated DMEM group, where no Biofield Treatment was provided. Results showed that more than 97% cell viability of the test items were observed by MTT assay, which indicated a safe and nontoxic nature of the test items. The Biofield Treated DMEM showed significant (p?0.001) protection of cells by 10% against oxidative stress induced by t-BHP, while the untreated DMEM group showed 0.4% protection. The level of interleukin-8 (IL-8) was significantly (p?0.01) reduced by 31.57% in Biofield Treated DMEM than untreated DMEM. The level of ALT enzyme activity was significantly (p?0.001) reduced by 66% in Biofield Treated DMEM compared to untreated DMEM. Cholesterol level was significantly (p?0.001) reduced by 46.23% in Biofield Treated DMEM than untreated DMEM. Besides, Biofield Treated DMEM group showed 51.18% increased the level of albumin compared to untreated DMEM group. Overall, results demonstrated that Biofield Treatment significantly protect the liver hepatocytes against oxidative stress. Therefore, Consciousness Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treatment might be useful as a hepatoprotectant against different types of liver injuries like cirrhosis, alcohol abuse, hemochromatosis, Wilson’s disease, Gilbert’s disease, cholangiocarcinoma, steatosis, Budd-Chiari syndrome, etc.

In vitro Assessment of the Biofield Treated Test Item on Cardiac Function Using Rat Cardiomyocytes Cell Line (H9c2) via Multiparametric Analysis

Abstract

Introduction: Heart disorders are the major concern of population health worldwide. According to WHO estimates 2018, 17.9 million peoples were died due to cardiovascular disorders.

Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the cardioprotective activity of Biofield Energy Treated test item, Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) using rat cardiomyocytes (H9c2).

Methods: The test item (DMEM) was divided into three parts, first part received one-time Biofield Energy Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and was labeled as the one-time Biofield Energy Treated (BT-I) DMEM, while second part received the two-times Biofield Energy Treatment and is denoted as BT-II DMEM. The third part did not receive any treatment and defined as the untreated DMEM group.
Results: Cell viability of the test samples by 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-Diphenyltetrazolium Bromide (MTT) assay showed 89.03% and 98.49% in the BT-I and BT-II groups, respectively suggested a nontoxic and safe in nature of the tested test item. The BT-I group showed 16.01% restoration of cell viability. The level of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) was significantly inhibited by 50.37% and 49.35% in the BT-I and BT-II groups, respectively compared to the untreated DMEM group. Moreover, percent protection of creatine kinase-myocardial band (CK-MB) by 49.48% and 59.79% in the BT-I and BT-II groups, respectively, compared to the untreated DMEM group. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) level in terms of mean fluorescence unit (FU) was reduced by 6.64% in the BT-I group than untreated DMEM. Besides, BT-I and BT-II groups significantly increased the level of % apoptotic cells by 63.16% and 97.37% (p?0.05), respectively than untreated DMEM.

Conclusion: Allover, results envisaged that Biofield Treatment significantly improved different cardiac parameters. Thus, Biofield Energy Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) could be utilized as a cardio-protectant against several cardiac disorders such as coronary artery disease, heart attack, arrhythmias, heart failure, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, etc.

Abstract

Mitochondria play an important role in the body, and its dysfunction lead to the defective cellular energy production results to heterogeneous group of disorders such as early aging, type-2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, and many more metabolic diseases. The study was aimed to examine the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing based DMEM on myoblasts cells (C2C12) for mitochondrial mass content. The test item, DMEM was divided into three parts. First part did not receive any sort of treatment and defined as the untreated DMEM group. The second and third portions were treated with the one-time and two-times Biofield Energy Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and coded as the one-time Biofield Energy Treated DMEM (BT-I) and two-times Biofield Energy Treated DMEM (BT-II) groups, respectively. Cell viability of the test items by MTT assay showed more than 72% viable cells, which suggested that the test items were nontoxic and safe in nature. Moreover, the mitochondrial mass content in terms of fluorescence unit (FU) was significantly (p?0.05) increased by 43.11% and 64.16% in the BT-I and BT-II groups, respectively in C2C12 cells compared to the untreated DMEM group. Overall, the experimental data suggested that twotimes treated DMEM (BT-II) was found more significant improvement in mitochondrial mass content compared with the one-time treated DMEM (BT-I) group and results in better respiratory capacity. Thus, data envisaged that the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM has a potential to improve respiratory activity, which could be used against various metabolic diseases, such as insulin resistance, type-2 diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases, etc.

Immunomodulatory Effect of the Biofield Energy Treated Cell Growth Medium (DMEM) and FBS in Immune Cells (Murine Macrophage RAW 264.7)

Abstract

The objective of the present study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory effect of Biofield Energy Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) on Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium (DMEM) and fetal bovine serum (FBS) in murine macrophage cells (RAW 264.7). The study parameters were evaluated using cell viability by MTT assay and estimation of proinflammatory cytokine like tumor necrosis factor - alpha (TNF-?) on immunomodulation using enzyme linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA). The cell viability using MTT assay data showed that more than 80% cell viability was observed in all the tested groups compared to the baseline control group (G1). The characteristics of cell morphology in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM without FBS (G6) group showed some changes in the cell morphology as evidenced a transition from spherical to elongate and also showed maturation compared to the G1 group. The level of TNF-? expression was significantly reduced by 23.15% in the G3 group compared to the G1 group. Moreover, the secretion of TNF-? was altered by 38.06%, 35.77%, and 282.49% in the G4, G5, and G6 groups, respectively compared to the G1 group. The overall results demonstrated that the Trivedi Effect® - Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment has an impact on DMEM and FBS by alteration of cell morphology and reducing the level of TNF-? expression in immune cell (RAW 264.7). Therefore, the Trivedi Effect® treated DMEM and FBS might be useful as an immunomodulator for various immune-related disorders like Graves’ disease, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, etc.

Assessment of Anti-Ageing Potential of Consciousness Energy Healing Treated DMEM and HFF-1 Cells using Cellular Proliferation and Collagen Metabolism Assays

Abstract

Skin health and aging are the complex biological process influenced by several intrinsic (or endogenous) and extrinsic (or exogenous) factors. Various skin-based therapies are currently available to rejuvenate the skin, but they might be related with some side-effects such as scarring. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment (The Trivedi Effect®) on the human foreskin fibroblast (HFF-1) cell line and Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) for skin health parameters like cell proliferation and synthesis of collagen. The rate of cellular proliferation in HFF-1 cells was identified, and the results found that the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM significantly (p ? 0.001) increased by 152.38% compared to the negative control group. Additionally, the cell proliferation was also significantly increased by 71.43% in the Biofield Energy Treated cells compared to the negative control group. Similarly, the collagen level was significantly (p ? 0.001) increased by 60.42% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM compared with the negative control group. Hence, the results exhibited a significant improvement of collagen synthesis and cellular proliferation in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM for improving skin health. It can be concluded that The Trivedi Effect® - Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment might be a complementary and alternative approach with respect to the skin health, anti-aging in DMEM compared with the HFF-1 cell line. Therefore, the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM could be useful for the development of effective cosmetic products for the prevention and treatment of several skin problems such as erythema, contact dermatitis, skin aging, wrinkles, etc.

Antiaging Potential of Biofield Energy Healing Treatment in HFF-1 Cell Line Using Collagen level and Cellular Proliferation

Abstract

Skin health and aging are co-related with a complex biological process that are influenced by a combination of factors such as intrinsic (or endogenous) and extrinsic (or exogenous). Many skin based therapies including physical and chemical methods are in practice to rejuvenate the skin, but they might be related with some significant side-effects such as scarring. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of Biofield Energy Treatment (Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment-The Trivedi Effect®) in the HFF-1 cell line (Human Foreskin Fibroblast) and DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium) for evaluation of skin health parameters such as proliferation rate and collagen level. The cell growth rate was evaluated at 24, 48, and 72 hours and the results observed with a significant growth in the Biofield Treated DMEM group compared with the Biofield Treated HFF-1 cells. The HFF-1 cellular proliferation rate was significantly (p?0.001) increased by 85% in the Biofield Treated DMEM, while positive controls, ascorbic acid (10µM) and FBS (15% fetal bovine serum) reported with increased cell proliferation by 21% and 44%, respectively. Similarly, the collagen level was significantly (p?0.01) increased in the Biofield Treated DMEM by 44.2%, while the Biofield Energy Treated cells did not showed significant change in collagen and proliferation rate as compared with control. Hence, the results concluded significant improved collagen and proliferation in the Biofield Energy Treated media (DMEM) for improving skin health. It can be concluded that The Trivedi Effect® might be a complementary and alternative approach with respect to the skin health, anti-aging in DMEM as compared with the HFF-1 cell line.

Impact of Biofield Energy Healing Treatment: Evaluation of Anti- Rheumatoid Activity Using Synovial Sarcoma Cell Line (SW982)

Abstract

The present research was performed to monitor the anti-rheumatoid action of Consciousness Energy Healing based DMEM medium using synovial sarcoma cell line, SW982. The study included the evaluation of bone health potential using inflammatory parameter, IL-8. The test item (DMEM medium) was divided into three parts, first part received a one-time Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and was labeled as the one-time Biofield Energy Treated (BT-I) DMEM, while second part received the two-times the Biofield Energy Treatment and is denoted as BT-II DMEM. The third part did not receive any treatment and defined as the untreated DMEM group. Cell viability assay using MTT method showed that the cell viability of SW982 cells was 113.8% and 88.3% in the BT-I and BT-II groups, respectively. The BT-I group demonstrated significant (p?0.001) inhibition of IL-8 by 27.74%, while BT-II group also showed a significant (p?0.001) inhibition of IL-8 by 45.66% as compared to the untreated DMEM group. In conclusion, the data suggested that the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment significantly inhibited the pro-inflammatory cytokine (IL-8) that showed anti-rheumatic action and can also be used in other bone and inflammatory disorders such as osteoporosis, Paget’s disease of bone, rickets, deformed bones, osteomalacia, osteoma, stress, aging, bone loss, and fractures along with autoimmune disorders and overall quality of life.

In vitro Evaluation of Immunomodulatory Effects of the Test Formulation by the Estimation of Natural Killer Cells and Phagocytosis Activities

Abstract

Although the immunomodulatory effects of vitamins, minerals, and many herbs per se have been extensively studied, while research related to possible immunomodulatory effects of a combined formulation is relatively scarce. Here, the potential immunomodulatory effects of the combination of eight components viz. zinc chloride, ferrous sulfate, sodium selenate, nanocurcumin, copper chloride, magnesium gluconate, vitamin C, and vitamin D3 were investigated. These components are widely used in therapeutic, cosmetics and dietary supplements. The current study investigated the in vitro immunomodulatory effect of a Consciousness Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treated nanocurcumin-based test formulation in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced natural killer (NK) cells activity in splenocytes cell-line co-incubated with mouse lymphoma cell line (Yac-1). The formulation was divided into two parts, in which one part of the formulation was received the Biofield Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample, while the other part was denoted as the untreated test sample. Cell viability using MTT assay in mouse splenocytes showed more than 98% cells were viable upto 10.4 µg/mL of the tested concentrations, indicating that the test formulation was safe and nontoxic. The NK cells activity was measured in cell supernatants using ELISA. The NK cells activity was significantly altered by 26.73%, 11.82%, 7.64%, 0.36% and 36.36% in the untreated formulation group at 0.1, 0.5, 1, 5.2, and 10.4 µg/mL, respectively compared to the vehicle control (VC) group. Further, Biofield Energy Treated test formulation exhibited 39.64%, 8.18%, 17.27%, 51.93% and 42.55% alteration of the NK cells activity at the concentrations of 0.1, 0.5, 1, 5.2, and 10.4 µg/mL, respectively compared to the VC group. Moreover, the cell viability of the test formulation was assessed in RAW 264.7 (Mouse Macrophage Cell Line) for phagocytosis activity was safe upto 13.3 µg/mL with >90% on cell viability. The phagocytosis assay data showed that at two concentrations (1.3 and 7.6 µg/mL) the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation improved extent of phagocytosis by 6.31% and 5.91%, respectively compared to the untreated test formulation group. In summary, the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation may have indeed immunomodulatory effect by enhanced NK cells activity and extent of phagocytosis responses. These observations indicated that the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation has the potential effects through modulating the expression of NK cells function and phagocytosis and might be developed as a useful anti-inflammatory product for various inflammatory disorders.

Assessment of Bone Health Biomarker (ALP) after Treatment with Biofield Energy Treated DMEM in MG-63 Cells

Abstract

The aim was to examine the effect of Biofield Treated DMEM on bone health in MG-63 cells. Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium was used as a test sample in this study and divided into two parts. First part received Biofield Treatment by Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and was labeled as the one-time Biofield Energy Treated (BT-I) DMEM, while the second part received two-times Biofield Treatment and denoted as BT-II. MTT assay was studied for cell viability, which was found as more than 73.9% in MG-63 cell line, which indicated with a safe and non-toxic profile. The bone health parameter, the level of ALP was significantly (p?0.001) increased by 42.86% in both BT-I and BT-II groups compared with the untreated DMEM group. Thus, the data suggested that the Biofield Treated DMEM significantly improved ALP level, which can be used for the management of osteoporosis, deformed bones, bone and/or joint pain, rickets, osteoma, osteomalacia, aging, hormonal imbalance, and stress.

Immunomodulatory Effect of Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Based Herbomineral Formulation

Abstract

Complementary medicines are accepting world-wide and are used extensively due to its safe and non-toxic nature. The aim of the study was to evaluate the immunomodulatory potential of the Biofield Energy Treated (known as The Trivedi Effect®) novel proprietary formulation and Biofield Energy Treatment per se on male rats. The formulation was divided into two parts, one part was defined as the untreated test formulation, while the other part was treated with the Biofield Energy by Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and denoted as the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation. Experimental groups (G) included G1 with normal control, G2 with disease control, G3 with the treatment of levamisole (positive control), G4 with untreated test formulation, G5 received Biofield Treated test formulation, G6 consisted of Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals (-15 days), G7 received Biofield Treated test formulation from day -15, G8 has received Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals along with Biofield Treated test formulation from day -15, and G9 received Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals with the untreated test formulation.

The results showed that primary antibody titer value was significantly increased by 60%, 63.33%, 33.33%, and 20% in the G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively compared with the G2. However, secondary antibody titer values were significantly increased by 50%, 37.5%, 37.5%, and 12.5% in the G6, G7, G8, and G9 groups, respectively compared with the G2. Delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction showed significant increase level of rat paw volume by 86.36%, 30.68%, and 14.77% in the G5, G6, and G7 groups, respectively compared with the G2. Additionally, the platelet count was significantly increased by 11.96% in G6 compared to G2. The level of uric acid was significantly reduced by 64.29% in G7 compared to G2. Further, levels of calcium and phosphorous were significantly increased by 19.16% and 14.92%, respectively in the G9 compared to the G2.

Moreover, the level of magnesium was significantly increased by 13.11% and 10.66% in G4 and G9 groups, respectively compared to G2. Overall, data suggests that the Biofield Treatment per se (The Trivedi Effect®) and Biofield Treated test formulation have shown significant immunomodulatory action as compared with the untreated product and unblessed rats. Therefore, the Biofield Treatment could be utilised against various immuno-related disorders such as neutropenia, asplenia, trauma, sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, chronic lymphoid leukemia, stress, aging, etc.

Abstract

The study aim was to investigate the anti-stress effect of Consciousness Energy Healing Treated test formulation using behavioral tests, hormonal levels and antioxidants in male Sprague Dawley rats. The test formulation was divided into two parts, one was represented as control, while the other was treated with Biofield Energy by Mr. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi (The Trivedi Effect® - Consciousness Energy Healing) and defined as the Biofield Energy Treated sample. OFT data showed the frequency of total square-cross was significantly (p ? 0.05) increased by 49.11% in the animals per se received Biofield Energy Treatment (-15 days) (G6) compared to stress control (G2). Freezing time was significantly (p ? 0.01) reduced by 21.48%, 43.79%, 42.79%, 44.79%, and 58.21% in the Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (G5), G6, Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (-15 days) (G7), Biofield Energy Treated animals with Biofield Energy Treated test formulation (-15 days) (G8) and Biofield Energy Treatment per se to animals plus untreated test formulation (G9), respectively compared to G2. Defecation was significantly (p ? 0.05) decreased by 92.01% in the G8 compared to G2. Urination was significantly reduced by 53.19% and 46.81% in the G8 and G9, respectively compared to G2. FST showed the number of climbing was significantly (p ? 0.05) increased by 37.5%, 70.83%, 50%, 102.17%, and 68.83% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9, respectively compared to G2. Swimming time was significantly (p ? 0.05) increased by 30.09%, 70%, 17.66%, 83%, and 100% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9, respectively compared to G2. The resting time was significantly (p ? 0.05) decreased by 21.54%, 50%, 55%, and 63% in the G5, G6, G8, and G9, respectively compared to G2. Corticosterone was significantly decreased by 29%, 26%, 31%, and 36% in the G5, G6, G8, and G9, respectively compared to G2. Testosterone was significantly increased by 275% (p ? 0.05), 83%, 70%, 181%, and 164% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9, respectively compared to G2. SOD was significantly (p ? 0.001) increased by 15%, 53%, 57%, 61%, and 58% in the G5, G6, G7, G8, and G9, respectively compared to G2. Further, CAT was significantly increased by 19% and 14% in the G5 and G6, respectively compared to G2. Overall, data suggest that Biofield Energy Treatment per se and Biofield Energy Treated test formulation have significant anti-stress activity and could be utilized in various stress related disorders like asthma, obesity, diabetes, headaches, depression and anxiety, gastrointestinal problems, Alzheimer’s disease, accelerated aging, and premature death.

Abstract

Oxidative stress is one of the major molecular mechanism responsible for human lung diseases. The objective of the study was to examine the effect of a Consciousness Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treated DMEM medium for its anti-oxidative potential using various parameters such as the protection against oxidative stress and Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), antioxidant enzyme activity in A549 cells. The test item, DMEM was divided into two parts. One part received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi and was labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated test item, while the other part did not receive any sort of treatment and is defined as the untreated DMEM group. The cell viability of the test sample using MTT assay showed 122.67% viable cells, indicating a safe and nontoxic profile of the test item. Protection against oxidative stress was significantly increased by 64.70% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared to the untreated DMEM group. In addition, Antioxidant Enzyme (SOD) activity was significantly increased by 45.1% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared to the untreated DMEM group. Thus, these data suggest that Biofield Energy Healing Treatment showed a significant improvement of the Antioxidant Enzyme Activity (SOD level) along with an improved protection against oxidative damage, which can be used in various human lung disorders such as asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), lung malignancies and parenchymal lung diseases like idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and lung granulomatous diseases.

In vitro Assessment of Biofield Energy Treated DMEM on Thermogenesis Using Myoblasts Cell Line (C2C12)

Abstract

Mitochondrial dysfunction lead to various serious disorders, which are considered as one of the important components related with the aging, such as type-2 diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease. The aim of the present study was to examine the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing based DMEM medium on murine myoblasts (C2C12) cells to evaluate the mitochondrial mass content using 10-N-nonyl acridine orange (NAO) dye assay. The test item (DMEM medium) was divided into two parts, one part received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and was labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group, while the other part did not receive any kind of Treatment and denoted as the untreated DMEM group. The level of mitochondrial mass content was assessed using 10-N-nonyl acridine orange (NAO) dye method. Cell viability of the test items using MTT assay showed 72.32% and 125.32% viable cells in the untreated DMEM and Biofield Energy Treated DMEM groups, respectively suggested a safe and nontoxic profile of the test items. Besides, the mitochondrial mass content in terms of Fluorescence Unit (FU) was significantly (p?0.05) increased by 81.78% in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared to the untreated DMEM group. Overall, the experimental data suggested that the Consciousness Energy Healing Based DMEM showed a significant improvement of mitochondrial mass content and results in better thermogenesis with respect to naive DMEM. Thus, an increased level of NAO dye accumulation in muscle cells indicated increased mitochondrial mass content and hence, better thermogenesis. In the present study, results demonstrated that an increased mitochondrial mass content in the cells when treated with The Trivedi Effect®. This indicates that the test sample has the potential to improve thermogenesis, which can be used against various metabolic diseases, such as insulin resistance, type-2 diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases, etc

Assessment of Biofield Energy Treatment on Liver Health Using Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cell Line (HepG2)

Abstract

Liver is the main metabolic organ in human. Most of the chemicals are primarily metabolized in the liver followed by excretion of the metabolites from the body. Therefore, there is a high chance of liver damage and most of the peoples are suffering many diseases due to their poor metabolic power of liver. In this context, the present study was performed to find out the potential role of the Biofield Energy (The Trivedi Effect®) Treated test item (DMEM) in HepG2 cell line. The test item was divided into two parts. One part of the test item received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and the other part defined as the untreated DMEM, where no Biofield Treatment was given. Cell viability of the test sample using MTT assay showed 152.8 % viable cells in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group, suggested that the test item was nontoxic and safe in nature. The Biofield Energy Treated DMEM showed 12.2 % protection of cells against oxidative stress induced by t-BHP. The level of IL-8 was significantly reduced by 13.71 % in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared to the TNF-? stimulated control group. Moreover, the level of ALT was significantly (p ? 0.001) reduced by 64.16 % in the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared to the t-BHP group. Cholesterol level was significantly reduced by 34.94 % Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group compared to the untreated DMEM group. Besides, the Biofield Energy Treated DMEM group showed 23.19 % increased the level of albumin compared to the untreated DMEM group. Altogether, results suggested that Biofield Treatment significantly improved liver health and its function. Thus, Consciousness Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treatment could be utilized as a hepatoprotectant against several hepatic disorders such as Gilbert’s disease, cirrhosis, steatosis, alcohol abuse, hemochromatosis, Budd-Chiari syndrome, Wilson’s disease, cholangiocarcinoma, etc.

In Vitro Assessment of Biofield Energy Healing Treatment on Hair Growth by Enhanced Proliferation of Human Follicular Dermal Papilla Cells (HFDPCs)

Abstract

Patterned hair loss or androgenic alopecia is a disorder affecting millions of peoples, in which hair sheds without adequate regrowth. Authors propose a new approach to increase hair growth. In this study, authors examined the in vitro potential of the Biofield Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treated test items, Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) on the Human Follicular Dermal Papilla Culture Cells (HFDPC) for the assessment of growth and development.

The test items (DMEM) were divided into three parts. First part did not receive any sort of treatment and defined as the untreated DMEM group. The second and third parts were treated with the one-time and two-times Biofield Energy Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi and coded as the one-time Biofield Energy Treated DMEM (BT-I) and two-times Biofield Energy Treated DMEM (BT-II) groups, respectively. The Biofield Energy Healing Treatment was provided by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer (The Trivedi Effect®), remotely for ~5 minutes under standard laboratory conditions through unique energy transmission process. The experimental results showed that one-time Biofield Energy Treated DMEM showed 70.24% and two-times Biofield Energy Treated DMEM significantly (p ? 0.001) increased the proliferation of dermal papilla cells by 207.62% as compared to the untreated DMEM group. The overall results demonstrated that the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment significantly increased the proliferation of human hair follicle dermal papilla cells in vitro. Therefore, the Consciousness Energy Healing (The Trivedi Effect®) Treatment might be useful as a hair growth promoter in vivo against different types of skin injuries, hair disorders, and opens new research venues.

Anti-Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) Action of Biofield Energy Treatment Using Synovial Sarcoma Cell Line (SW982)

Abstract

The aim of the present research investigation was to monitor the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing based DMEM medium in a synovial sarcoma cell line (SW982) for evaluation of bone health (anti-rheumatoid arthritis) potential using inflammatory parameter interleukin-8 (IL-8). The test item (DMEM) was divided into two parts. One part was represented as the untreated test item without any Biofield Energy Treatment, while the other portion was defined as the Biofield Energy Treated test item, which received the Biofield Energy Healing Treatment by a renowned Biofield Energy Healer, Dahryn Trivedi. MTT assay was used for testing the cell viability and the results showed that the cell viability of SW982 cells was more than 100% with a safe and non-toxic profile. Further, the test item showed a significant (p?0.001) inhibition of IL-8 secretion by 70.05% under the stimulation of IL-1? in SW982 cells as compared to the untreated DMEM group. Overall, the experimental data revealed the significant potential of the test item against rheumatoid arthritis to reduce inflammation in joints. Thus, it is concluded that Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment significantly inhibits the pro-inflammatory cytokine (IL-8), which showed a potential to act as an anti-rheumatic action in arthritis and other bone inflammatory disorders such as osteoporosis, Paget’s disease of bone, rickets, deformed bones, osteomalacia, osteoma, aging, bone loss, and fractures.
